As a longtime conservationist, Josh uses his photography to promote the preservation of the natural environment to ensure that the plant and animals species that depend on it can sustain themselves indefinitely.
Raised in northern British Columbia, Josh developed a profound appreciation for wildlife and their habitats in his youth. His devotion to conservation has led him to photography as a means to inform people on issues affecting the planet and motivate them to contribute to the solutions.
More recently, Josh has joined with a coalition of conservation photographers as a founding member of the Canadian Conservation Photographers Collective. In collaboration, the team of photographers and videographers is working together to educate, engage, and inspire meaningful action on conservation issues.
